Lasting change happens through collaboration
The LaPorte County Drug Free Partnership is a multi-sector coalition made up of individuals, organizations, and agencies committed to preventing substance misuse and strengthening behavioral health supports in LaPorte County.
We believe lasting change happens through collaboration across prevention, treatment, justice, education, healthcare, government, and community-based organizations—alongside youth voices and people with lived experience or in recovery.
As part of our commitment to evidence-based practices and national collaboration, we are a participant in the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s Trauma-Informed, Recovery-Oriented System of Care (TI-ROSC) cohort, a member of the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), and a graduate of CADCA’s year-long National Coalition Academy. We are also proud to have served as a federally funded Drug-Free Communities (DFC) grantee for ten consecutive years from 2010–2020.
